Limoxin-50 – Oxytetracycline belongs to the group of tetracyclines and acts bacteriostatic against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
Conditions for use
For intramuscular or subcutaneous administration.
Bottle of 50ml.
Oxytetracycline (50mg) base.
Full-grown animals: 1 ml per 5-10 kg body weight for 3-5 days.
Young animals: 2 ml per 5-10 kg body weight for 3-5 days.
Do not administer more than 10 ml in swine and more than 5ml in calves, goats and sheep per injection site.
For meat: 12 days.
For milk: 5 days.
- Hypersensitivity to tetracyclines.
- Administer to animals with a seriously impaired renal and/or hepatic function.
- Concurrent administration on penicillins, cephalosporins, quinolones and cycloseine.
